Gallery 18 and Roberts Auctioneering are pleased to announce the James and Barbara Macnutt downsizing auction. An uncommon softcover titled, “Funny Fellow’s address to P.E. Island / An Address to Prince Edward Island” by Fabrius Cassius Funny Fellow, A Native [aka William Keir]. Self-published on P.E.I. in 1862. Shows creasing, soiling and staining from handling.

19th-century tea table attributed to Thomas Nisbet, New Brunswick. The piece was acquired from long-time dealer Hyman “Hymie" Kashetsky (1907-1993). Kashetsky owned and operated the Antique Centre in Saint John for several decades. Kashetsky also lived in Prince Edward Island for several years and operated a retail shop in Kensington.

Original drawing of Palazzo Ossoli attributed to architect Michael Kohler, c.1948. Kohler was born and educated in the UK, and moved to Canada in the 1950s. He would eventually form the architectural firm, Craig & Kohler, in Ottawa. Upon retirement, Kohler moved to P.E.I., where he spent his final years. The drawing is matted and framed under glass.
