St. Simon & St. Jude Church, commonly called simply Tignish Church, is a 19th-century Roman Catholic church in Tignish. As of 2006, it was the single largest church in Prince Edward Island, measuring 185 feet high. Construction began in 1857 and was made entirely of an outer domestic brick structure and wood on the inside. Work on the church was completed in 1860, and it was consecrated the same year.
Tignish is in Prince County, 80 kilometers northwest of Summerside. It has a population of about 800. The name "Tignish" is derived from the Mi'kmaq word meaning "paddle".
